British Bird Fair @ Rutland

Government of Uttar Pradesh was one of the co-sponsors for the British Bird Fair @ Rutland. The British Bird Fair was started in 1989 with an objective to bring the global birding community together and to raise funds for various bird conservation projects. Till date 3,996,150 pounds have been raised and each year 25,000+ enthusiast participants come together at this unique event. For more details, check at : www.birdfair.org.uk

Last year a 6 member contingent from India participated at this event, lead by Shri Abhishek Mishra, Minister for Education & Skill Development (UP) and Mr Sanjiv Saran, Principal Secretary Forests (UP), along with delhibird Foundation team.
